The story is the creation of living dreams. It is a story of the art of painting and the blending of colors, even with closed eyes. The story first took shape in my mind during a visit to an art exhibition. Slowly, I found Melody through the journey of life and the twists and turns of her pain. Along the uncertain path of her everyday life, I awakened love within her, to become the launching point toward the dreams she had kept hidden in her heart. Melody was born from Narmin’s art, from Narmin’s unique belief in self and from an artist’s hands. The eventful journey of this artist was shaped by Nogol’s determination and perseverance; by always fighting for what matters and never giving up. This is a story of love. Of a singular emotional power, a one-of-a-kind experience, and the encounter with loving without limits. It is a story of friendship of a different kind. A story of refusing to surrender and continuing to move forward without pause, even without knowing the destination. Walk with Melody, the creator of a real love story set within a dream.

About the Author

Mojdeh Nasseri is an Iranian-Canadian author and healthcare operations executive. She has published several books, beginning with I’m a Big Dreamer. The Colors We Can’t See marks her first work published in English. Her stories are inspired by moments she has witnessed, lived, and experienced—pieces of  real life that remain with her and eventually find their way onto the page. She believes that growth happens through action, and through what we choose to create from the moments that change us. Beyond her writing and professional life, Mojdeh is the proud mother of two kids, Narmin and Nogol, whose individuality, creativity, and determination have deeply influenced her work.
